It´s all pork, part bacon, fat and meat, all cooked together to form a compact piece of meat, cooked on the grill until crispy and golden brown. Taste like smoked bacon-ham, so imagine! No regrets at all, it is a tiny portion to think on health issues, so just enjoy.
